Die one world award-Trägerin 2021 Janet Maro zu Gast im CSX Netzwerk
Janet Maro ist eine der Gründerinnen von Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania (SAT – www.kilimo.org) und ermöglicht viele neue Wege zu einem nachhaltigen Leben und Wirtschaften in ihrer Heimat. Die Basis für die Kleinbauern sind Formen gemeinschaftsgetragenen Wirtschaftens, entstanden aus der lokalen Kultur und damit aus einem anderen Verständnis des Miteinanders. Janet wird uns auf eine kurze Reise zu den Kleinbauern in Tansania mitnehmen und erzählen wie SAT als Netzwerk kleiner Gemeinschaften schon 10 Jahre nach der Gründung Goßes bewirken kann. Wir sprechen über unsere Lern-Chancen und die anderen kulturellen Zugänge zum Thema gemeinschaftsgetragenes Wirtschaften und das gemeinsame Ziel einer sozialen und ökologischen Transformation.
Janet Maro wurde zusammen mit Alex Wostry für ihre Arbeit mit SAT mit dem one world award ausgezeichnet.

Community-Supported Economy as a Best Practice from Tanzania
Janet Maro, awarded with The one world award 2021, is our special guest for this CSX-Talk
Janet Maro is one of the founders of Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania (SAT – www.kilimo.org) and catalyses many innovative ways for a sustainable life and economy in her home country. The basis for farmers are forms of community-based economic activity that emerged from the local culture and thus from a different understanding of togetherness. Janet will take us on a short trip to meet farmers in Tanzania and tell us how SAT, as a network of small communities, can make a difference just 10 years after it was founded. We talk about our learning opportunities and diverse cultural approaches to the topic of community-based economy and the common goal of social and ecological transformation.
